With its K67-style solid brass capsule, military-grade NOS 6AU6 vacuum tube, and custom Lundahl transformer, the WA-8000 is capable of delivering the airy highs, midrange clarity, and detailed nuance that made the original mic an icon. Plus, its selectable cardioid and omnidirectional polar patterns give it the versatility to capture vocals, acoustic instruments, and room ambience equally well. Knowing that extras matter, Warm Audio supplies the WA-8000 with a shockmount, premium 7-pin tube mic cable, PSU (power supply unit), and hard shell carrying case.
